Today, as of now, I am still in mom’s belly.
I wonder how many of you recall being inside your mom’s womb. How does it feel to be inside your mom?
Does it feel nice? And warm? And Cosy?
I suppose, that is the first stage of life.
Here are some of my photos. These are taken during the ultrasound sessions that my mom went through in Canberra… before I am born… of course…
This one is takeni n January 2008

And this is taken in February… depicting the same angle

Aha… i am now bigger
This is another photo

Do I look familiar?

And how about that…
What do you think… Aren’t my photos great…. Ahhh… life..
Life is precious.. and worth documenting every single moment… Of course that is the ideal… you can’t possible do that unless you have a full time camera crew following you 24/7 for the rest of lives….

Am I lucky to be born in 2008? Am I lucky to be born at a time of when my country seems to split along political, ethnic and religious lines?
Or should I see the year 2008 as a year of great opportunity. Some say that when great changes are knocking at your doorstep, such a times signal opportunity rather than fear. Yes, some people equate uncertainties with opportunities.
The two picture below describes two important people – Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and George W. Bush.

These two people are in power in their respective countries in 2008. Bush will definitely leave the oval office by the end of this year. But Badawi is trying to hold on as long as possible.
I have to tell you that this event is great. It was so great that it is difficult to describe.
These events reminds me of my parents.
My father too was born at around a great event. When he was born, Malaysia too was experiencing a significant political change. In the year 1971, Malaysia was still reeling from the events of 1969. In 1971, the then prime minister of Malaysia Tun Abdul Razak launched the New Economic Policy. Of course, some say that the prime mover behind the New Economic Policy is Mahathir
My mom was born in 1974. In the year 1973, Barisan Nasional was created, and it is this Barisan Nasional that governed Malaysia unchallenged until the year I was born. In 1974 Barisan Nasional was just like a young child, ready to rule Malaysia. Now, in May 2008 Barisan Nasional is a coalition hanging in the balance.
